Thermalball® stimulates
the body's vascular and lymphatic systems to flush toxins, dead
cell matter and bacteria. Contrast temperature therapy replenishes
the
affected area with fresh oxygenated blood and nutrients.
This facilitates the body’s abilities to naturally enhance the immune
system, and balance the autonomic and central nervous systems.

Remove clasp (un-tie) as metal
spring in retaining clip is not microwaveable!

Wrap the excess fabric bag and
tie cinch cord tightly (below)
Place 4 original size thermalballs in
large sack without clasp to heat
Submerge in microwave safe cooker
Never use
a "ziplock" or any flexible
liquid retaining bag to heat thermalballs. Mini non-temperature controlled "crock" pots will also damage thermalballs.
